Doubt will arise because of little and no faith at all. Mark ; Matthew in both instances the Lord mentioned little faith and in Mark the Lord mentioned no faith. I believe God understand our fears in the midst of storms for this reflect our common humanity- the frailty and weakness of man. The power of His words brought immediate and instant result-He cared for His disciples in the midst of the great storm. The Lord indeed cared for them; He dealt with the problem immediately. We may feel that God may appear to be silent and asleep in our storms but definitely He is within our reach; He is near to us in prayer, the nearest distance we can have in fellowship with Him.       Stop looking for a supernatural, audible voice and start reading your Bible. God will speak to you through his Word. Another thing that we need to remember when we are in a storm is that we should not stay in fear when a crisis hits us. While the storm rages below, this resourceful bird is soaring above it. It does not escape the storm but simply uses the elements to elevate it to safety. Like the eagles, when the storms come to us, we too can rise above them by setting our minds and our belief toward our heavenly Father.

      If we believe, He will enable us to ride the winds that bring sickness, tragedy, failure and disappointment in our lives, for it is not the burdens of life that weigh us down, it is how we handle them. The Bible says, " Those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles.
